RETURN POLICY

 

 

All returns must be approved by our customer service department. You must notify customer service within 30 days after receiving your order. A return goods authorization number (RGA number) will be given at the time of approval(24 to 48 hours). To obtain a RGA e-mail customer support at customerservice@tomsgifts.com Upon receipt of your approval number, place items into the original box and packing. Any item not in the original packaging will not be accepted. All non defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be determined after return is received. You will receive a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling. All shipping costs are the consumers responsiblity.

We will not and can not be held responsible for any items that are damaged during shipping (example: box has a tear in it, has been crushed or damaged in any other way.) All items are securely packed and checked before being shipped out.
