Q.-How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A.-All orders should take 10 business days to arrive. It takes 3 business days to process and pack, and it takes up to 7 business day for delivery to your door. Business days are Monday thru Friday, not counting weekends and holidays.Allow up until 5 more days for mail orders.

Q.-When is the latest that I can place an order for holiday delivery?
A.-The last day to order for guaranteed holiday delivery is 12/15/2008.

Q.- I registered with your online store and am waiting for my free catalog. I would like to know how long it will take for me to receive it. And how will it arrive at my home?
A.-All catalogs are sent out to newly registered customers once they place an order.They are sent to you in a large yellow or white envolope and are sometimes included with your order.

Q.- Why do I get transfered to PayPal's website to pay?
A.- You are being transfered to PayPal because they are the ones who handle all of our credit card transactions.

Q.- How many times a week do you ship to Canada and who do you ship with?
A.- We ship to Canada every Thursday (orders placed on Wednesday are shipped the following Thursday) and are shipped via Canada Post.

Q.- I would like to know how to go about setting up a wholesale account with you for my business. How can I do this?
A.- Well you can do one of 3 things.1- You can call our office and speak to someone there,  2- You can e-mail us at tomsgifts@tomsgifts.com  with your company info, 3- You could contact us by mail. After choosing one of the 3 and contacting us, we can discuss the options available for our wholesale customers.
